The Astronomy & Universe problem for the world generally refers to the major unanswered questions in cosmology and the challenges related to humanity’s place in the cosmos. These problems encompass the fundamental nature of space and the ultimate fate of the universe, the practical and philosophical challenges of human spaceflight and the search for extraterrestrial life, as well as fundamental questions about our cosmic existence, including its origin, destiny, and nature. Humans could suffer from contracting diseases carried by extraterrestials, or vice-versa, as different biochemistry may lead to unexpected results. Extraterrestials might arrive with hostile intentions to eat, enslave, or attack humanity. Other key questions include the accelerated expansion of the universe due to a mysterious dark energy (Hubble tension), the possibility of the universe ending through “heat death” or the “Big Crunch,” and paradoxes such as the loss of information in black holes
