This agreement will define the roles and objectives that the members of the Government Council must achieve for the world and the universe under the rule of the King of the World/King of Justice Evrad Kounchou Kameugne, and will be announced by official decree, demanding total obedience and Compliance: The core action is the willingness to obey directions, orders, or rules without hesitation, and actively and visibly demonstrating one’s allegiance, commitment and loyalty. Unwavering loyalty and devotion to a higher power demonstrate a deeply personal commitment and a strong sense of duty. The temporary representatives of the Government Council, will have the same role and objectives: to improve results and performance, strengthen cohesion, and manage complex and dynamic environments.
