Terrorism is the use or threat of violence or other actions to intimidate the public or influence a government or international organization. Actions must be intended to advance a political, religious, racial, or ideological cause. Terrorism can: destabilize societies, endanger peace and security, threaten social and economic development, attack democracy and the rule of law, erode a sense of community or national security, damage morale and cohesion, open racial or ethnic, economic, and religious fissures
Provoke negative emotions in citizens, including anxiety, anger, grief, and feelings of vulnerability and helplessness

The theft of natural resources by other nations, often categorized as environmental crime or illicit exploitation, has severe, long-lasting consequences for the victimized country’s economy, environment, and social stability and often causes local poverty, as foreign entities extract raw materials without paying fair taxes, leaving local communities with little to no financial benefit.

All forms of illicit trafficking affect all countries, undermine political, social and economic stability, ruin people’s lives, cause displacement, and destabilize and harm communities, such as drug trafficking, migrant and human trafficking, arms trafficking, illegal logging, maritime piracy, theft or illegal diversion of natural resources, illegal fishing, counterfeiting, etc. These illicit trafficking activities are associated with violent and income-generating crimes. This increases fear among community residents and the demand for juvenile and criminal justice services.

We believe in a peaceful society, where people have equitable access to quality services that allow them to live in dignity. Solutions to societal problems must, by their nature, be implemented within society, which means that appropriate changes must be defined and implemented by individuals and organizations in all countries with the ADLE Forces (Alliance of Defense, Law Enforcement Forces, and Emergency Relief).

The ADLE Forces (the Alliance of Defence Forces, Law Enforcement and Emergency Relief) is a global alliance of military, Law Enforcement Forces and Emergency Relief, from all countries that guarantees freedom and security worldwide through collective defense, peacekeeping, emergency relief, leveraging military capabilities for civilian missions, crisis management, protection of civilians, disarmament of combatants, combating transnational crime, common threats, and gathering, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence to support security decisions.
